Your cost for mediation will vary, of course, depending on how complex your affairs are and how easily the two of you reach agreement. It will also vary depending on how well both of you have prepared for mediation beforehand. The prices below are an approximate and can change depending on each mediation case.

Standard Service for parties with no children or property to divide	Call
Up to 1 Hour of personal, private, mediation services for parties. An experienced Mediator. A completely drafted Marital Settlement Agreement or also called Mediation Agreement. The agreement is ready to file with the court. A pleasant, private facility to conduct the mediation. Copies provided to each party.
Standard Service for parties with children and/or property to divide	Call
Up to 2 Hours of personal, private, mediation services for parties that have children or property together. An experienced Mediator. A completely drafted Marital Settlement Agreement or Mediation Agreement and parenting plan/ Guidlines for Child Support if needed. The agreements are ready to file with the court. A pleasant, private facility to conduct the mediation. Copies provided to each party.
Additional time billed per hour	$250

** All fees are payable at the time of mediation unless otherwise agreed to in advance.
